POSITION OVERVIEW:

Client and Partner experience is a critical and integral pillar at Steward Partners. The Firm is deeply committed to enhancing both the day-to-day and long-term experience of both its clients and Partners in continued pursuit of an unwavering commitment to excellence.

The “Client & Partner Experience team”, led by the Chief Service Strategy Officer, works closely with stakeholders across the Firm to build and maintain effective relationships, while seeking feedback to improve the overall client and Partner experience to ensure each touchpoint across the client and Partner journey is engaging, efficient and effective. The primary responsibility of the Client & Partner Experience Coordinator is to ensure all relevant initiatives and projects are being executed efficiently

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gather data from surveys, focus groups, and other forms of feedback channels to identify key issues, trends and themes
  • Monitor and coordinate the feedback received from clients and partners to recommend strategies and initiatives and develop appropriate action plans that improve the overall client and partner experience and prioritize for execution
  • Manage and track the progress on resolution of issues 
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure resolution of issues/inquiries in a timely fashion
  • Develop and distribute effective communications to key stakeholders on matter sstatus of current projects, such as issue resolution, process enhancement or development, new initiatives etc.
  • Identify trends across the Firm, anticipate future issues or items to be addressed and proactively provide insights to management
  • Analyze feedback received to best provide 

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of experience in the financial industry within Operations roles, or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to work across various departments to build credibility and foster strong relationships
  • Excellent communication skills with peers and stakeholders across the Firm
  • Ability to understand and adapt to regulatory and industry changes 
  • Naturally curious, analytical, and data-driven 
  • Solutions oriented 
  • Team player with strong ability to also work independently
  • Excellent organization skills 
  • Strong experience with MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Location:
Flexible, can be a remote or hybrid position
