I love working with people, getting to know them and understanding how we can help them reach their goals. I come to work knowing that I’m looking after the people to the left and to the right of me as well as families who need financial help. My days are filled with interesting and dynamic challenges of anticipating problems and needs and addressing them promptly. I take pride in planning and being prepared because nothing feels better than getting everything done right the first time and beating everybody’s expectations.
My background, and innermost impulse, is teaching/education which really comes through in my work of communicating clearly and making a meaningful connection with families we serve. I’ve come to realize that having tools and expertise is only one piece of the relationship. But what’s more important is the empathy and the mindset to work together to formulate a plan. In my 15 year long career, I’ve been trained to become an expert in many fields but the rapport I have with families motivates me to provide anxiety-free experience, to reach out and stay in touch.
When I’m away from work, I love learning about people around me, helping in the community and spending time with my family. I’m a big believer that simple acts of thoughtfulness can inspire a chain reaction. I’ve seen it around me while talking to neighbors, friends or fund raising for schools or children’s causes. It’s my way of showing that we are true stewards of the tenet we hold dear: treat others the way you want to be treated.
I’ve been married to my husband since 1999 years and we have two energetic and curious children both in elementary school. We love family game nights, biking in a park, Lego challenges and curling up on a couch with a good book. Family reminds me that you never stop learning and to embrace challenges and complexities of life.

The Guardian Asset Management Group at Steward Partners offers a variety of annuity solutions that best fit your needs including:
Variable annuities are a tax-deferred investment vehicle designed for retirement income and typically are accompanied by a guaranteed lifetime income rider provided by the issuing insurance company. Returns they deliver are based on the performance of the underlying securities, and usually offer a wide array of securities that the annuity holder can choose from.
Fixed annuities are designed as savings vehicles, similar to a CD, and are built for safety of principal and a consistent, guaranteed return. They offer a guaranteed minimum interest rate and tax-deferred accumulation.
Adding an income annuity to your portfolio may be a way to create not a lifetime payment stream, but also potentially produce more assets for growth and liquidity.
